Welcome to TGI Soap Calculator (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Use of the App

You may not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purpose without our express written consent.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any part of the App.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the App.
You will not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without permission.
4. User Accounts and Registration
Certain features may require you to create an account using third-party authentication services (such as Google Sign-In).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
You may not impersonate others or provide false information when creating an account.
5. User Content and Data
You may create, submit, store, or share soap recipes and other content ("User Content") within the App.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:
Authentication providers (Google Sign-In)
Cloud storage and database services (Firebase)
Analytics services
Video content platforms
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external sites.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Tomer Glick and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
The oil database, calculation formulas, and app design are proprietary and protected.
9. Safety Disclaimers and Warnings
CRITICAL SAFETY INFORMATION:
Verify All Calculations: Always independently verify all calculations before using them in soap-making. Errors in calculations can result in dangerous chemical reactions.
Hazardous Materials: Soap-making involves lye (sodium hydroxide/potassium hydroxide), which is caustic and can cause severe burns. Always wear proper safety equipment including gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.
Professional Guidance: This App does not replace professional training or guidance in soap-making. Seek proper education before attempting to make soap.
Material Quality: Use only soap-making grade materials and follow all manufacturer safety guidelines.
No Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from soap-making activities.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, CALCULATIONS, OR INFORMATION WITHIN THE APP.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON CALCULATIONS OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOMER GLICK, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE APP IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tomer Glick and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your User Content
Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from soap-making activities
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the App and deleting your account through the App settings.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
14. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when changes were made.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email if you have provided one.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us at happydays.contactus@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tomer Glick regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
